Too Blessed To Be Stressed?

Are we really too blessed to be stressed?
I’m sure we’ve all heard this saying in church or perhaps we’ve said it before. I know I’ve said it plenty times. When I feel good, it’s only right to say it. But really - - are you REALLY too blessed to be stressed. Stress, depression, anxiety and other related mental illnesses don’t discriminate. You can have everything in the world and still feel broke and empty.
Sometimes there can be a misunderstanding between faith and feelings. You can have faith and still not always feel okay. The motivation is to not allow your feelings to rob you of your faith.
It’s okay not to be okay. Getting help is okay. Going to therapy is okay. I’m not a doctor, but if you have to take medication... let that be okay!
Now let me say this- - it is my belief that God can do ANYTHING above what any doctor could ever do. With that said, your healing could be associated with getting help. If that’s you, let that be your business and be okay with it.
